Nano Wall Panel (often referred to as a nano PVC or nano plastic wall panel)is a modern, composite building material used primarily for interior wall and ceiling cladding. It is heavily favored in modern construction and renovation because it provides a high-end look—mimicking wood, stone, or wallpaper—at a fraction of the cost and with much simpler installation. The defining feature of this material is its protective "nano-coating," which makes the surface highly resistant to water, scratches, and stains.

These panels are engineered using multiple bonded layers to create a rigid, durable, and aesthetically pleasing board:

• Base Layer: The core is typically made from a mixture of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or WPC (wood-plastic composite) combined with stone powder (calcium carbonate). This gives the panel its rigidity, fire resistance, and structural integrity.
• Decorative Film Layer: A high-resolution printed film is applied over the base. This layer provides the visual texture, which can perfectly mimic natural wood grain, marble, concrete, or fabric.
• Nano-Coating (Wear Layer): The top surface is sealed with a nanometer-thick polymer coating. This microscopic shield protects the decorative film from UV fading, moisture, mold, and daily wear and tear.
